I had a core retail training session with Arif for two days at Champneys Tring, and I can’t recommend him enough. His teaching style, especially the different sales techniques he shared, has helped me tremendously with my retail confidence and results.
I learned so much about emotional connection, storytelling, reconfirming the client’s concerns, never assuming, and shifting my overall mindset about sales. During the training, Arif was professional, engaging, and made everything fun with his bubbly and positive energy. I’ve recently started The CORE Training course by Arif Isikgun, and I’m already extremely pleased with the experience so far. Arif Isikgun

I built The CORE because I’ve seen both sides of this industry - the shine, and the silence. I’ve worked in some of the most prestigious retail environments in the world: Harrods, Selfridges, Liberty, Aman Resorts, and with global brands across spa, beauty, and fragrance. I’ve been a QVC guest presenter, helped brands go from invisible to sold out, and supported professionals in growing their retail conversion rates by over 500%.
But what I’m most proud of isn’t just the numbers - it’s the people. Because behind every sale is a conversation. Behind every high-performing team is confidence. And behind every confident professional, seller, or service provider is someone who finally started believing in themselves.
That’s why The CORE exists.
I created this membership because there’s a missing piece in our industry.
